How we screen

Four checks every operator must pass before a tour lands here.

Safeguarding first

Every tour operator we list runs a documented child-protection policy. We verify staff-to-student ratios (1 : 8 maximum for under-16s) and named overnight supervisors per dormitory.

Real curriculum, not sightseeing

Each day must include a structured learning block, a lab, a workshop, a museum tour with a guided syllabus link. We reject itineraries where more than 40% of waking hours are unstructured.

Transparent inclusions

Listed price covers everything from gate-to-gate except personal spending. Hidden surcharges, visa fees, kit deposits, day-trip extras, are flagged on the tour profile before you pay.

Verifiable host

For international tours, the host institution must confirm the booking in writing. We share that letter with you before deposit.
