The four sources
Academic, sibling, sports, MDD and new-entrant bursaries listed by individual schools. ~30+ schools have already published theirs on Praecip.
See schools with bursariesThe HESFB student-loan scheme, district quota places, sports and PWD admissions, the schemes Ugandan families rarely hear named together.
See University guidanceUniversity and college awards, merit, need-based and affirmative, with the application windows that move every year. The hardest single category to track manually.
Faith communities, old-students associations, mission trusts, employer schemes and international funders. The quietest funding source, and often the largest.
Three sides of the table
Search awards by level, eligibility and deadline so a missed window does not become a missed term. Save the ones that fit and follow them across cycles.
Publish your bursaries on your Praecip profile and they appear here too, free for verified schools, with one place to manage windows and eligibility.
Reach the families and schools that fit your criteria, not just the families that already know your name. List a scholarship with clear, comparable terms.
Where we sit
Praecip is an information layer. We surface and structure awards so families can find them, schools can publish them, and funders can reach the right candidates. We do not disburse money, take a cut of awards, or process applications.
Eligibility, value and deadlines are the funder’s words. We structure and index them, never embellish them. If we cannot confirm an award is real, it does not list.
Praecip routes you to the school registrar, the foundation’s office or the university portal. We do not sit in the middle of a student’s funding decision.
We start with the school-level bursaries already on Praecip profiles and add categories, tertiary, government, donor, as funders confirm. The gaps are visible on purpose.
Industry opportunities
For owners thinking about the next chapter of the schools that publish bursaries.
For programmes that need a venue to deliver the courses a scholarship funds.
For the teaching and bursary-office roles inside the schools that run these awards.
For service-procurement opportunities at schools, distinct from student funding.
Praecip profiles already list the bursaries thirty-plus schools offer. Explore those while we build out the full directory across categories.
