About
Canon Lawrence Core Primary Teachers' College at Boroboro, Lira, is one of northern Uganda's oldest teacher-training institutions. It awards the Grade III Teacher Certificate, preparing teachers for primary schools (P1–P7) and serving as a core PTC that coordinates in-service teacher development for the surrounding districts.
