Anikwo Parents Primary Sch. is a co-educational community based primary school in Kapchorwa, Eastern Region. Founded in 1980, it placed third in Kapchorwa District in the 2025 Primary Leaving Examinations, posting an average aggregate of 15.0 from 75 candidates.
