St. Thomas Junior Sch. Kyegegwa is a co-educational faith based mission primary school in Kyegegwa, Western Region. Founded in 1989, it is ranked 513 nationally in the 2025 Primary Leaving Examinations, posting an average aggregate of 11.0 from 40 candidates. It runs a nursery section alongside P1–P7, with a focus on talent development and early-years development.
