Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technical Studies or Vocational Education, or Diploma in Technical/Vocational Teacher or Instructor Education. Seven years in an administrative role within vocational training. Strong ICT skills, active professional registration and a confident, energetic personality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technical Studies or Vocational Education, or Diploma in Technical/Vocational Teacher or Instructor Education, or Post-graduate qualification in institutions management or administration.
- 7 years in an Administrative role – Vocational Training.
- Strong ICT skills and confidence using digital tools.
- Age – 30 to 35 years.
- Active professional registration with relevant bodies like the Ministry of Sports and Education.
- Confident, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
